We know that sometimes you may purchase incorrect items, order a bit too much, or accidentally checkout from the wrong brand. Out of respect for our brands, many of which lovingly craft their products by hand, we allow you to cancel prior to the Brand accepting the Order.
As long as the brand has not started processing the order, you have the ability to cancel your orders directly from your “Orders History" page.
You can either elect to Cancel the entire Order from the main Orders History page:
Or you can opt to cancel specific items once inside the Order Details page:
To cancel orders after the Brand has begun processing, you will have the option to "Return Order" from the brand. They can then accept or reject the request accordingly.
